Excellent location, very spacious and clean rooms, very kind and helpful staff. In my opinion the only thing that was missing was a mini fridge, but the staff was so helpful that they put my stuff in the hotel fridge, which I really appreciated. Would highly recommend!

The room was small for two people but serviceable. We booked a twin room but rather than two twin beds it was a double bed and a low cot-like single bed — it appeared to have been added to what was regularly a double room. The bathroom had a strong wet/mildewy smell that persisted through the stay. The restaurant portions were good and the dinner/breakfast combo was a good deal.

Clean room in big hotel. In-hotel restaurant appreciated. In the UK bed cover is a synthetic doona (comforter) in a cover with no top sheet. There is no way to regulate sleeping temperature, no alternative cover such as blankets. I find the doona far too hot, I can't sleep under it. My only option is remove the doona and sleep under just the cover. Check in terrible! The automated booths are hopeless, would not accept my details, apparently because I don't have a UK postcode, Then would not accept my booking number. Fortunately the staff were helpful.
