가족여행이었고 객실은 거의 모든것을 갖춘 완벽한 시설이었습니다 따뜻하다 못해 더웠고 작은 소모요품(ex 소금, 오일, 주방세제 등) 갖추어져 있어 방에서 식재료 사와서 해 먹기 편했습니다 다만 첫날 호텔 맞은편으로 와서 체크인 하라고 해서 겨우 찾아 갔더니 연락이 안되더군요 당황했습니다 한참을 있다가 한분이 나오셔서 열쇠 두는곳 메일로 줬는데 왜 안봤냐며.. (여행하면서 일일이 메일 확인 하는 사람이 몇이나 될까요?) 그리고 수건도 3박 4일 동안 작은 타원 1,큰 타월 1로 버텨야 했습니다 숙소에 문의해도 답도 없구요 소통이 잘 안되고 건너편 리셉션에 문의하라고 해 놓고 답도 없고 문만 굳건히 닫혀있더군요 문제가 생겼울때 소통이 안되는 문제가 가장 큽니다
