This property was great, fantastic location, I mean it was on Miami Beach and had everything you could want including a stove top, if you wanted to cook, very spacious, rooftop pool and bar with amazing views. Walking distance to everything that one could need and want, my next trip to Miami, I will definitely be booking this property and the price point was amazing, the staff treated you like you matter and that means a great deal in itself.

The Catalina is a half decent hotel at its best… NO handicap ramp to assist wheelchair or be able to carry your luggage up the 3 step to elevator in the lobby. In 2026 a portable ramp should be purchased. AND in 2026 microwaves, should be purchased for the rooms or available somewhere in the hote! There’s nothing worse than having leftovers from a restaurant and not having access to a microwave to warm up your food!!!

The communication with the person who owns the actual apartment was very poor. The cleanliness of the apartment was very poor and then also it had mold in the actual apartment and then when I reached out to the person, rent out the apartments and let them know that the apartment had mold in it they didn’t want to give me a refund for the rest of my stay. I was willing to pay for work the days that I did stay, but I end up checking out early due to me getting sick and they still do not want to give me a refund.

The apartment listing was not accurate. The bed advertised as a queen-size bed was actually a full-size bed. The unit was also described as having an ocean view, which it did not. Additionally, there was visible mold in the bedroom, and paint was peeling from the walls. The shower curtain rod was falling down and appeared to be in poor condition. Overall, the apartment needs significant maintenance and repairs, and the condition of the property did not match the description provided in the listing.

Have to walk the trash out to the dumpsters. The wifi is basically non-existent in the apartment. I tvs i had to factory reset and they still just buffered through movies. I couldnt even listen to music on my phone connected to the wifi… it just drops in and out and has 1 bar.
