I found the hotel to be clean and comfortable, the staff efficient and friendly. For a solo traveller who only needs a bed and a shower this ticked all the boxes. Priced competitively also. Overall no complaints from me and worthy of four stars.

Not great but cheap so what do you expect the room was dirty and the staff hit and miss. Wouldn’t stay here again and they really need to improve on breakfast it wouldn’t fill a child up

I was faced with a 200 euro deposit for my 4 day stay which was not made clear upon booking I only had 260 spends so I was restricted to 60 pound for 4 days the room was basic and clean u got way u paid for it was nothing special I wont be staying there again

Sin duda el peor hotel con diferencia de Benidorm , Más de 3 horas esperando a que apareciera alguien , el check in(horas de entrada) era a las 15 y aparecío una chica que no hablaba casi español a las 19 después infinitas llamadas al hotel y muchísimas veces tocando al timbre. Pidiendo ayuda a hoteles.com que no nos ayudó en nada al revés , complicó todavía más las cosas mandándonos a otro hotel , y al llegar al nuevo hotel allí nadie sabía nada, horrible . En el hotel b&b al día siguiente no apareció nadie a servir el desayuno ( previamente pagado) una auténtica ESTAFA. POR FAVOR NUNCA SE OSPEDEN EN ESTA ESTAFA. NO QUIERO QUE NADIE VUELVA A PASAR POR LA SITUACIÓN QUE MI FAMILIA Y YO PASAMOS.

Not a good hotel. The staff does not speak English. Had to leave the property before the term of one week ended due to very poor room and customer service. The tap in the bathroom was dripping, used multiple towels to block the noise to be able to sleep. The room was not cleaned once, the bathroom already had some used tissues in the bin. The breakfast small packed box was left in the bed in the middle of the afternoon the day before. No customer service at all. Nor other guests. The hotel was like a ghost town. There was no one around to assist with any question, customer service, Nothing. I complained to Hotel.com as they should not be associated with such a property. I do not recommend anyone to stay there until they get some member of staff to fix the place and provide customer service.

Awful hotel, DO NOT STAY HERE While the staff are very helpful and friendly, the room is full of bugs and my shower was half broken, When a hotel has the name ‘bed and breakfast’ I imagined a hot food buffet, not 2 slices of pre packed cake and 2 warm juice boxes. I’ve stayed in a lot of places in Benidorm and this is by far the worst of the lot.

While the hotel was ok,was not happy with the breakfast. It was not a sit down breakfast in a dining room. It was just a couple of rolls, a soft drink and a coffee sachet left in our room the night before.

Todo bastante bien excepto el desayuno. Pone que viene incluido y que es continental, pero no es así. Todos los días se nos daba en una bolsa un zumo, con dulce (bollo de leche, sobaditos, chocolatinas..) y café soluble, sin opción a leche ni a algo más saludable. Para ello, no pongáis que el desayuno está incluido porque la verdad, uno llega allí, lo ve, y se decepciona. Por lo demás, acogedor y el personal agradable.
