The towels have stain on them. When I asked for new towels, the staff asked me to bring back the old ones in my room for the exchange. This is the first time I’ve seen such a strange request.

I loved everything except I would've been even more pleased had the structure as far as the ceiling and bedding and towels were in better condition, other than that still enjoyed my stay

4/10 一般般

Very old fashioned installations and with lack of maintenance. The furniture in the room looks relatively new but the bathroom, doors and windows very old and with signs of old insects here and there. Although my roll was a “no smoking”, at the time I entry, it was a strong odor a cigarettes!! Very nasty smells.

The front office manager was very helpful with a problem that arose back home during my travel. There is ample free parking in an accessible area with several food places within walking distance. My only issue is that the room could have been cleaner and smelled of cigarette smoke. Due to my allergies I cut my stay short - I couldn’t handle the smell anymore. It seems to be a recurring theme with sites booked through Hotels.com that they are not as clean as travelers expect. It doesn’t cost anymore to clean a room in a budget hotel than in a five-star. Perhaps investing in some Mr. Clean Magic Erasers would help!

If you want a cheap and affordable room. Motel 6 is the best option to go with. Clean room, helpful staff. Only downside was the ice machine was out of order for some reason.

One of the most comfortable and affordable Motel 6s I’ve stayed at! Room had everything you need (fridge, microwave, TV) and quiet/peaceful. A bit of a trek from Chicago downtown, but not bad (15-20 minutes). Highly recommended!
