Virkelig dejligt sted. Rigtig god placering ca.20 min kørsel fra centrum. Dejlig pool og pæne haver. En minus er sprog barriere, der var kun en medarbejder der kunne engelsk ellers talte de kun fransk eller arabisk. Vi i italesatte at aircondition ikke virkede flere gange uden det blev fikset. Skulle ofte vente lang tid på maden ved poolen. Morgenmaden var rigtig lækkert.

Très bon accueil malgré notre arrivée très tardive. Nordine le directeur, nous a organisé un taxi pour notre arrivée à l'aéroport et a su répondre à toutes nos demandes (sorties, taxi, départ avant le petit déjeuner). Tout est fait pour passer un bon séjour, l'équipe est formidable, petite mention spéciale pour Mohseen au restaurant qui est vraiment au petit soin pour les clients. La chambre très propre, spacieuse, climatisée! Rien a dire vraiment. Le seul petit bémol c'est le bruit de la circulation à la piscine. Mais ça fait partie de Marrakech: la circulation ! 😀 Franchement, nous reviendrons !

Fantastic hotel that I would love to come back to! Security: Someone at the gate at all times and it is gated and felt supersafe. Rooms: they are upgrading so my parents room was slightly newer than mine, but both still had good quality. Staff: very friendly and helpful - not amazing at English, but that was a problem in all of the country. I used translate to arabic or french and it was fine :) They have many sweet cats around and its a really nice hotel. - The shower went from warm to cold to warm, but still good pressure and everything else - Not alot of choices for breakfast, lunch or dinner. But they made us something off the menu when we asked, so thats very nice. We were there in the off season, so it might be better choices during the summer. - Away from the city so you have to take a taxi, but its nice and quiet. Would go there again if i am going back to marokko
