Staff were excellent,informative and very helpful Breakfast was average, but appreciated eggs cooked to order. What let breakfast down was only being allowed to have 1 cup of coffee. The hotel was unfortunately very worn and in need of renovation. The room was also dated with a broken shower. Unfortunately the pool was also closed. What was good though was the staff who were very helpful. The location was also good just like breakfast was included.

Eleonoras service var riktigt bra. Hotellets information är inte uppdaterad. Hotellet saknar restaurang och bar. Poolen var avstängd. Frukostens nivå var låg, för mig bland den lägsta men trevlig service. Det gick att få en omelett vilket jag upptäckte dag två. Dag tre hittade jag en finstilt text att man kunde få omelett och kaffe. Läget av hotellet är toppen och priset bra. Helt OK tre nätter men tveksamt om jag återkommer

Super rent og lyst hotel, med det sødeste personale. Jeg følte mig meget velkommen her. Hotellet ligger et halvt minut fra busstationen og et halvt minut fra et kæmpe storcenter.

L'hotel è molto vicino al centro e a tutto ciò che serve (negozi, ristoranti, caffetterie). Stanza comoda e climatizzata. Quel che rende diverso questo hotel è il fattore umano: il personale è sempre stato disponibile a venire incontro ad ogni richiesta, oltre che fornire consigli e indicazioni utili, oppure semplicemente fare quattro chiacchiere!!! 💖

Zimmer ist OK Frühstück es geht. Wellnessbereich war nicht im Betrieb. Da haben sie richtig gelogen;angeblich wegen technichen Probleme war nicht im Betrieb. Obwohl bei der Buchung laut Hotelbeschreibung alles in den Leistungen feststand. Im Zimmer kein Fernsehen, da Internetverbindung sehr schlecht war. Als Grund haben Sie den WIND benannt. This hotel is great for a city trip to Pristina. It’s in a great location, just a 5- to 10-minute walk to downtown. The staff are friendly and helpful, and they do their best to assist with even the smallest details. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Unfortunately, the pool was out of use as it was undergoing maintenance. Nevertheless, I would be happy to stay here again should I ever be in the area and need somewhere to stay.

Çalışanlar gayet güleryüzlü ve ilgili. Otel merkezde her yere yürüme mesafesinde konumu çok iyi. Odalar temiz. 2 ayrı yataklı normal bir oda da kaldık sadece biraz küçüktü. Otel genel olarak iyi ama eski tip.
