Hotel Galileo
"Really central, very clean and charming, and friendly staff! For Florence, it's a great price for what you get. They have water filters outside in the hall which is very handy (including with hot water available for tea). They helped us store our bags and fixed our shower right away when the pressure wasn't great. Lovely hotel, wouldn't hesitate to say again. If you're a light sleeper, ask for a room away from the road as it can be noisy in the morning."
Villa Neroli
"Beautiful property, the pool and the added breakfast was a bonus The only thing we found was it was a ways out so you couldn’t walk easily to the city center"
Hotel Calimala Florence
"The location of this hotel can’t be beat. You are in the heart of everything. The staff is amazing and extremely accommodating. The only suggestion is to request a room in the main building. Our room was in their second building which faces the city street and it was loud on night. The rooms in the main building face inward and do not have this problem. When we said something to the front desk, they immediately looked to move us showing their excellent customer service."
Hotel Albani Firenze
"Unique rooms. Great walking distance to food and shops while also being close to the train station for convince. Everything was clean and lots of warm towels and nice robe! Would definitely stay here again traveling through Florence."
Hotel Paris
"The clean rooms with AC while being within walking distance of everything your average tourist wants to visit made our visit to Florence simple and enjoyable. Of the three hotels we stayed at in Italy, their bed was the most comfortable, but still really firm for us. Overall, it was a very positive experience."
Radisson Blu Hotel, Florence
"An excellent and well run home. Spacious, comfortable and with everything you could wish for. The hotel was handy for getting into Florence, the shuttle bus is particularly good value and also for relaxing once you get back. The staff are all lovely and did everything to make it a great experience. Will be our go to place for future stays in Florence. One minor issue was the combined bath/shower which was a bit tricky to get in and out of to use the shower. The bath also had no plug when we arrived. However minor details for what was a 5 star stay."
The Market Urban Hotel
"The room was really spacious and really clean. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. Excellent location."
Hotel Santa Maria Novella
"We loved it. Highly recommend"
Hotel Horto Convento
