This place is an oasis of calm in the madness of Soho. Excellent staff, spotlessly clean, excellent value and comfortable to sleep. By their very nature the pods are small, but I was probably the oldest person staying there, I had an upper pod and found it plenty big enough to be able to sleep in relative comfort and easily accessible.

Pods are bigger than you realise. Clean and comfortable stay. Plenty of showers and toilets. Relatively quiet throughout the night, same noise level you'd get in a normal hotel with occasional doors closing etc.

Brilliant location in the heart of Soho. Still occasional issues with checking in, but quickly sorted. Pods are really comfortable

The pod was tiny but bed was comfortable, light controls were good and temperature could be adjusted. No noise and other guests were very respectful too. Shower room had floor drains that got easily clogged, so the floor was flooding almost every evening. Location was amazing!

It was my first time staying in a hostel hotel pod and it was fabulous. I stayed for 5 nights in a large room and I had plenty of space. Noise levels were manageable. Staff were constantly cleaning throughout the day. I’d definitely stay here again. Great location too!
