I just can’t believed the hotel refused our checked in and do not accept Hotel.com booking. This is the worst experience with Hotel.com

Cheap price but many others that are cheaper still provide 2 bottles of water daily, offer to clean your room (or at least take out your trash) and have clean (white) towels. Front desk workers were never at the desk, always had to wait & they played music so loud at 23:00 that I honestly thought it was rude tourists not the staff!!!!

This place is an absolute dump. It's old, broken down, ceiling tiles falling in. I walked in to the smell of cat urine. There are literally dozens of cats roaming the property. Some young kid at the broken down desk spent ages trying to get the wifi to his table to work to check me in, while I stood under a partially collapsed ceiling, then some girl turned up, asked for my passport and took a photo on her phone. God knows where that photo has gone! Walked me across a courtyard with more cats and rubbish everywhere to my room and said for me to wait while they checked the room was "ready". I was told to go in. Key hard to work. Inside the doona had no cover. There were no towels.. I had to go back to reception and ask for them. At night the aircon was so noisy and other machines or equipment outside made noises and I barely slept. The most god-awful hotel I have ever stayed in. Was lovely probably 30 years ago but should now be demolished!
