A localização do hotel, distante 15min do centro da cidade, dificulta um pouco o ir e vir. Fora que o acesso à noite é mais dificultoso uma vez a entrada é muito mal iluminada. A Sheila, que trabalha na recepção, é uma pessoa maravilhosa, dando resposta e orientação a tudo que se perguntava. O café da manhã é fraco, com poucas opções de variedades. Os quartos e, principalmente os banheiros, necessitam de uma melhor manutenção pois há muito mofo. Nos quartos não há central/aparelho de ar-condicionado. Há ventilador e muito sujo, por sinal. Quem tem problema de alergia a poeira e ao mofo, tem que se atentar a estes fatos importantes

Entre os destaques o quarto era muito bom mesmo espaçoso, confortável com vista pro centro e pra cidade, ao redor é todo florestado como uma área protegida. A equipe também se destacou demais sempre muito gentis e atenciosos! Sem falar da limpeza que sempre era impecável.

Os proprietários adicionaram fotos que não representam, nem de longe, a realidade do estabelecimento. Limpeza deplorável. Quartos espaçosos, mas a limpeza deixa a desejar, principalmente no banheiro. Mobília precisa de manutenção. O café da manhã não tem nehuma fruta ou suco. O piso dos corredores e áreas comuns é revestido com um tipo de pedra que absorve gordura. Gerando um aspecto horroroso. A propriedade está completamente abandonada. O jardim está com muito mato, os espaços de lazer estão caindo aos pedaços. Faltou honestidade dos donos, com relação à real condição do local.
