Expedia took full payment in Sep25. I arrived at hotel. Hotel had no record of the booking and stated it does not deal with Expedia as it scams people. Hotel offered no assistance. Hung up. Expedia is not contactable.

Got to the property and rang the ring door bell several times, no answer. Phone the number on the wall said it was disconnected. Eventually gave up and had to go and find another hotel to stay in.

I was denied entry as the booking was apparently not shared with the proprietor. Validation code was not recognised. No help was available and I spent a very cold night ‘sleeping’ in the car. Absolutely disgraceful.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL….Did not receive email 24 hours b4 check in to give my ID and get lock box code. Drove to accommodation both telephone numbers not in use messaged and got no response. Place looked filthy with stains over curtains could see from outside. Had to find accommodation with my children which cost a lot at such short notice.Waiting to see if I am getting refunded but not looking likely AVOID AT ALL COSTS SCAMMERS

Well, I wish I could leave zero stars. We never gained access to the property. No one answered and we never received the access code. Had to find another hotel last minute and still no communication from hotel or Hotels.com. We booked this months ago to attend a concert, I tried contacting the hotel in the days leading up to us arriving but no response. Will be requesting a full refund. Avoid!
