I truly loved staying at the One Sky Loft! It was centrally located to all historical sites in Philly and east access to public transit. The check in and commmunication with the host was just right. Definitely recommend it, especially for those who will stay more then 5 days to take advantage of the kitchen and laundry!

We needed to contact the service desk regarding an issue and im afraid their reply was 24 hours later which is not acceptable when an issue arises and you are only staying three nights. Also minor issue with some trash that was left from the previous renter.

My son and I stayed in a One Sky Loft Studio with a bedroom and the pull-out sofa/bed - it was fantastic. I love having a full kitchen with stove, coffee, fridge - it makes the stay very comfortable. The location was perfect to see the historic sights but also easily get to the colleges and airport. There are plenty of food options available in the area and I think we tried them all! The property was extremely clean and comfortable, had all the amenities we needed for our 3 day stay, I would definitely stay again!

The views from both balconies were fantastic and the place was very comfortable and clean. Very safe and secure feeling in the heart of the historic district. The bed and bedding were very comfortable, and the apartment was equipped with everything needed to relax and enjoy a break between historic sites and shows.

The place is super clean, modern and comfortable. It’s very walkable close to everything we wanted to see. The only complaint is the street noise all night made it difficult to sleep (maybe provide ear plugs).

Check in was very difficult, did not receive code to get in the room until trying to call the number for over half an hour. Once connected, got disconnected and couldn’t reach again until another 20 minutes. However, once in the room it was very nice. Right before check out, noticed a huge amount of mold and fungus growing out of the main AC air vent. Alerted the owner of this as my wife was pregnant and it was very concerning to have been breathing that, but did not receive a waiver of any kind as a result. Very nice place outside the significant amount of mold and disappointing communication/service.

I booked One Sky Loft in advance, but I did not receive my check-in instructions on time, so I had to call to get access details. I would recommend calling the night before or the day before your stay to make sure everything is ready. The apartment with view to the street is pretty good, well organized and it looks as shown in the pictures in the page. The kitchen and laundry is a very appreciated plus.
