Overall, our stay in Zurich was pleasant, but there were a few areas that could be improved. The kitchen was a bit challenging to use. The oven was complicated, and we were unable to figure it out, which was a shame. Also, the stove was electric, and we couldn't find any instructions. The bathroom was generally clean, which we appreciated. However, the soap wasn't restocked during our stay, even though the room was cleaned daily.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The room was spotless, and I felt right at home. The host was super helpful, giving me clear directions on how to get around the city, including which bus to take. Thank you so much Milene for great hospitality the location is ideal just a quick 3-minute walk from the bus stop, and it's also conveniently close to the airport. I would definitely recommend this place for its cleanliness, convenience, and warm hospitality!

Be very wary and know what you are getting. The listing was not clear that this was just ONE ROOM, in an area shared by other guests. Communication leading up to the check in was difficult, and the advertised 24 hour airport shuttle was not available. We UBER'd to and from the airport. Much easier than trying to deal with the property. When we arrived, during open office hours, it took several minutes for someone to open the door. Then we learned that the host did not speak much English at all. She took us up 5 flights of stairs (no lift), to the common apartment. Then we had another VERY STEEP flight of stairs up to our little bedroom. The place was very HOT! Shared bathroom was back down the steep steps, and the shower drain would not drain. The only working outlet in our room was taken by the fan (thankfully was provided), so we had to charge phones outside the room in the common area. We went to bed about 23:00 hours. Other apartment guests arrived after, and were noisy downstairs. Overall, it was a rough night, and a disappointing stay. The word "luxury" should be nowhere in the title or description of this place! Spend the extra money and get a real hotel, it will be worth it!

You will most likely get a room in a 4 bedroom apartment shared by multiple guests and one bathroom to share. I didn’t feel safe with the kids. Someone ate my children’s food that I kept as a breakfast item for them. My daughter got bed bites after the stay which caused her irritation and rashes. I had to get medicines from the pharmacy to cure it. The ceilings were so low that my younger daughter bummed her head twice while jet lagged and sleepy. No convenience store nearby. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone .

This is NOT a hotel, nor is it in any way "luxury." You are basically staying in a very small bedroom of someones apartment while the inhabitants make out on the couch all night long. Very awkward being there. Super weird. They stay up late, too. It sounded like a lot of people were out there all night, but when I went to the shared bathroom, the two lovebirds were still on the couch and were the only ones there. The people were nice and let us check in early because we walked all the way in the rain. Thats the only nice thing. It seemed clean, but still very uncomfortable. The arranged shuttle to the airport (at 40 CHF) was 15 minutes late, and the dude lived upstairs!

I have to say that I was very creeped out. When we arrived at the published address at 01:00, we were told that my HomeStay was no longer at that address. We had to walk a block and try to find a different address. This is false advertising, wrong, sketchy, and very creepy. We ended up only staying 1 night, instead of 2. We went to a hotel for the 2nd night.

To begin with the address, those listed is not truly the address where this place is. After we ended up finding the place, the person that answered the door who we assumed was the owner, was very nasty. As soon as she saw the three of us with our luggage and I had a mobility scooter my daughter had a wheelchair, she didn’t want us to come in. She was making some kind of excuse about going upstairs, and I told her I could go upstairs, but I just needed to plug my scooter in downstairs so it would be able to move. She told me she would have to charge me extra for electricity use. We told her we’re not gonna stay there because she didn’t want us to and she refused to give us a refund. She said to call hotels.com needless to say I just have not received a refund so far. I would say stay clear from this place and save your money. It does not look anything like the pictures that are shown. I would give this place a zero out of 10 if I was able, I would give it a negative rating less than zero.

Couldn't even stay... The room was dirty, bread crumbs all over floor and windows seal. The bed had blood spots on sheets. We wanted to go straight to bed but the common room is all bare hardwood and loud with people talking right outside the bedroom door. When they couldn't find the key for the door and acted like it was no big deal to sleep in an unsecured room, we packed up and left. It looks nothing like the photos. We left without a refund to stay somewhere else. I can't believe this is a verified business on hotels dot Com.
