Great hotel in a convenient location. Comfortable bed, spacious room and great shower. The room was very clean and staff were lovely. Check in took a long time though, the same two people kept tending to one customer at a time whike several guests waited; but perhaps they were having computer issues. I would recommended this hotel.

The layout of the washroom was really bad. When you open the door the toilet is blocking your way. Front desk has a hard time communicating and gets irritated after a little service conversation. A lot to mention but I will leave it like that for now.

Cons of this hotel 1. The address is incorrect, so taxi drivers get confused. 2. The front desk staff don't speak English. Poor customer service. 3. The free breakfast is terrible. 4. There's no refrigerator in the room.

Wow this place was the WORST. Like, no other place has ever come close to how terrible it was in pretty much every aspect. When I arrived with my group of 10, they had a "glitch" in their system and my reservation from Expedia didn't make it into their system. So they told a group of exhausted travelers that they were full and had no rooms for us. The one poor young man at the desk spoke hardly any English and there was no manager or anyone else on site. Thank goodness my friend speaks Russian and was able to call the manager. It took over an hour but finally they put us in rooms. Mind you, those rooms were rooms of people who already had reservations but didn't show up yet, meaning that after us there were people who showed up with the same problem of no rooms left. The rooms were awful. In my room there was a white stain on a chair that was clearly expelled from a man's body. SO gross. The bathroom smelled terrible. My friends who stayed on the 5th floor had no water. They were doing construction so the parking lot was rubble. I could go on but I think you get the idea. Stay somewhere else!
