Thank you for a wonderful stay. We especially want to thank Max at the front desk, who helped us when we arrived at the hotel very late. He was incredibly kind and even heated our food for us—such a thoughtful gesture. The hotel is in the best area, and we will definitely be back!

We had a fabulous stay at Garibaldi Palace hotel centrally located in Milan close to stores and sights. The rooms were very clean and the shower had perfect pressure. The staff were very kind,professional and accommodated our needs. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful including coffees and cappuccinos made to order. Highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

It’s very dirty. My room was not being cleaned. Toilet with some poo around the sit . Fridge was again dirty , hair everywhere. And left over rubbish from previous clients. When I went to complain they were very apologetic and they made clean the room again. Unfortunately the cleaning didn’t make so much difference , still the poo was there. The room is clean and the location is excellent. The breakfast is average and can be very busy. The location is quiet but the hotel has minimal soundproofing so expect to hear noise from your room if others are loud which includes times when the housekeepers are working. The phone and safe do not work which means I always have to go to reception for a request such as when the tissues were not replenished. I has to request housekeeping three times over two hours for my room to be cleaned after the first night which was eventually done by 3pm. The service desperately needs work. I provided this feedback to the reception at the end of my stay and was told it would be passed on.

When I checked in, it was very helpful that you completed the procedure based on the request I had told you in advance. ( The reply to the previous inquiry was also very quick.) The people at the front desk felt good. The interior of the room is simple and calm. The closet was large, convenient and easy to use. The cleaning is also neat and clean. Access from the subway is good, there are many shops in the surrounding area, and the location of the hotel is good. There are only 3 points that bother me a little. •The shower booth was narrow. •Maybe the walls are thin, I can hear the voice of the next room. •Perhaps due to the influence of the flooring, the sound of the upper floor also resounds. But this time I stayed alone, and I didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel for sightseeing or watching the Olympics, so there was no problem at all. Compared to neighboring hotels, the price was reasonable, and I had a comfortable time, so it was very good.
