Felt like a recently remodeled property, everything brand spanking new and in good order. No front desk but they’ll hold your bags and refresh your towels and toiletries. Lovely stay , perfect location. Accommodation was perfect for myself , husband and daughter. Great to be able to self cater for breakfast and drinks. Accommodation was clean and well thought out. The location is amazing, maybe one of the best in central London. Easy access, around the corner from the Piccadilly line and a short walk from The Tottenham line and Kings Cross rail station. Four or five pubs within range, and a Teaco Express. Rooms aren’t large but plenty spacious for the two of us. Everything is spic-and-span and new, almost showroom quality. Communication is fast and helpful. Free laundry! (No other facilities.) Only problem we had, being in our 70s, was having a room on the top floor of four with no elevator and a narrow, steep, winding staircase. If you’re OK with that (and we managed) this be the place.
