地點方便，整體滿意，下次有機會一定會再入住

地點方便，轉角就是車站．可直達LHR機場不用轉車．但是車站內有部份要行樓梯，附近有二十四小時小型超級市場．過對面馬路就是一個公園，距離大英博物館非常近．住宿方面設備齊全，地方整體整潔如圖，只是房間有點少．亦沒有電梯，設有雪櫃煮食爐同多士爐．地牢有洗衣乾衣機．房間需自行清潔。附近亦有不少餐廳．有機會一定會再次入住．

Great location with Russell Square underground station a block away. Good food options around including Fortitude Bakehouse around the corner. Good sized room, convenient mini kitchen, good water pressure in shower. Well run, good communications, recently renovated building on quiet block. Depending on unit, overhead guests can be a little noisy.

Vi bookede Family Studio Suite, da vi var 2 voksne og 1 barn afsted til London. Cleveland Residence Bloomsbury var det helt rigtige for os. Med en stor dobbeltseng og et god solid sovesofa fungerede det godt. Køkkenet var fint til selv at lave morgenmad. Vi vil klart anbefale det til andre, der skal til London og som ønsker at bo centralt.

Excellent space; felt like it had been professionally remodeled recently. The air con was most welcome during the hot weather. Amenities were what was needed and more. Close to British Museum.

Overall very clean and great location. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. I would only ask for a daily towel change to be available. We were a couple, so having only one towel each for two summer night's was less than luxury. Everything else was perfect!

The room was spotless. I asked for additional towels and coffee and it was brought up to the room in minutes. It was nice having free laundry services. The neighborhood was fun, safe, and clean. It is conveniently located near the underground, and there are plenty of great pubs nearby.

スタッフと顔を合わせることなく、全てメールかWhatsApp での連絡だったが問題なし。無料でランドリー設備を利用できるし、洗剤もついてて便利でした。駅、バス停、スーパーに近く、過ごしやすい環境。すぐ近くにあるパン屋さんのパンが美味しかった。
