They seem to be undergoing a renovation, and I am guessing the room I was assigned was on the tail-end of being renovated. There was no towel rack in the bathroom, nor anywhere to hang clothing. Also, there were places on the walls where the paint was mismatched following apparent repairs. The man who checked me in didn't really say much, and I was a little taken aback that I didn't have to sign anything or hand over anything other than my ID, but it wasn't bad -- just unusual. The pool was empty and there was construction materials in the parking lot, reinforcing the idea that renovations were happening. I was provided two towels in the room, under the sink, for my 3-night stay, but no washcloths and no hand-towels. Also, no maid service was offered or provided during my stay (which is fine, but I would have like to have known so I didn't leave my limited towels on the floor after my shower, expecting fresh ones). The bed was comfortable. At the end of the day, the room served my needs and felt safe.

This Motel was exactly what we needed, it was close to the border, safe parking and 24 hour access. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The. Bathroom could have been a little cleaner as there were a 2/3 dead spiders but overall as expected.

Clean white room, large comfortable beds, good air conditioning, staff behind a pass through window and door to lobby locked, I asked for an extra towel since we were two sisters and the men behind the pass through window said we had 3 towels for 2 people… no one available at pass through window when we left key so we left keycard at the pass through slot… parking for cars available but homeless people around sitting at street curve in front of hotel. No pool access available

Room was very small, like college dorm small, the door almost hits the door when you open it( 1 bedroom room) no closet/hanging space, no screen on the window, the back was of door was disgustingly dirty, only gave us one roll of toilet paper. The floors, bed, and restroom were clean & very nice, Tv was great came streaming channels AC/Heater unit was kinda wonky, did its job but wonky nonetheless Parking insite; good. Would consider staying here again.

I did not have ice or coffee on premises nor a plastic bin that onsite so when you go buy ice each day and a cooler to put it into, and coffee, I am not sure if the value is there. Online, this hotel looks chic and nice. In person, it’s very average. The pool looked dirty and no one was using it even though it was warm out. Our room was spacious but the set up was odd. There was so much space between the two beds and the desk. No mini fridge. The toilet was in front of the bathroom door making it awkward to walk in. The single light in the ceiling gave a sad yellowish tone. Beds were comfortable and clean. Neighborhood is super sketchy. Staff stays locked away, dealing with you thru a window only. No breakfast. Nothing fancy about this place at all.

The room was clean and spacious. I had booked a two bedroom suite the beds were comfortable and had a microwave and refrigerator which was convenient. The one bedroom had a remote control ceiling fan and light which was pretty interesting but cool. The only think that I found a little odd was that there was only one TV.
