The beds were super soft... not in a good way. In the way where you fall into the middle. The pullout sofa bed's mattress was about 2 inches thick, so obviously not comfortable because you just sleep on the springs. The doors are not well-insulated. We could hear everyone in the hallways, the ice machine about 4 rooms down, and even the elevator. Also, we had to pay $4 for parking; just another way for them to make money. It should just be included in the price. Breakfast was pretty decent. Though no one wipes the tables, and when the coffee station ran out of lids and cup sleeves, the attendant just stood there and never refilled them.
