Didn't use the pool but it looked fine, also there was a space to do barbecue. Room was clean, bathroom was clean. Breakfast room is okay, you can eat there whatever you buy at walmart. Easy to access just in front of the road.

Check in was slow but they were nice. Parking is in a cage area. Good for safety but worried as to why it needs caged. Was told pool is closed but water looked good and weather was great.

Place was nice, quiet, secure, and we enjoyed our stay. The water pressure and temperature were good. Only issue I had during the stay was the bed was a very very firm mattress and was uncomfortable and we struggled to sleep on it. The pillows were amazing though.

The front desk man was very rude! Room was clean and nice, but that man seriously shouldn’t be around people.

My stay was nice and I didn’t just stay at the Quality Inn, I was transferred over to the Suburban Suites and it was like being in a studio apartment. I would recommend staying there , especially if you have children or pets.

For the price we paid, this place deserves a 5 star! We went not expecting much, as I was looking more for cheap prices than elegance. My fiancé and I had a great stay! The room was clean, it smell nice, everything worked with no problem. Bathroom wasn’t updated but toilet flush and shower had hot water which is all that matters. Breakfast was included and though it’s just a simple breakfast menu, it was nice to have coffee, muffin, cereal, toast and waffles available for free. (We did miss out on the orange juice BUT we weren’t there when it had just opened so that’s on us) The location is about 30 min away from French Quarter so we did have to uber there and back. They have a pool and a little cute garden place where we were able to walk our dog. Everything was clean and nice! There is a flea market open on the weekends and is located right behind the hotel, so we walked over. Now the walk there which is very close is not pretty. Lots of trash and glass on the side walk but honestly, it’s not something you don’t see anywhere. Also, in our experience, we felt safe! We would highly recommend it. We understood what we were paying for and weren’t expecting no 5 star hotel and though we understand that not everyone has the same experience, some prior review really make this place seem worse than what it is. If you’re like us who just needs a cheap place to lay your head at night, free parking and not a bad uber fee to the French quarter, give this place a chance.

Not quite a Quality Inn.

Check in was basic front desk clerk didn’t greet me or even look up during check in unless I asked him to repeat what he said. Room was spacious and clean. Called front desk twice because I couldn’t locate ice machine no answer just gave up. Another issue was shower knob it came completely off and we couldn’t turn on shower. Called front desk after second call he answered. He sent someone to check it after 20 mins. He came looked at and walked out. I had had to stop him to find out next steps. He had to send someone else. Twenty minutes later he came and said he couldn’t fix it, he actually talked to us. He said he would have to tell the front desk and move us. We just stayed in the room and took a bath, because it was already late. Not a good stay.

2/10 Poor

Stained sheets, no big deal. No hot water for shower, very bad. Breakfast was one waffle maker and bread, Group of 6 children made it impossible to get a waffle. One cup of coffee then it was empty and staff to replenish. TV had only one channel, and that cut out constantly. The door was half open when locked, very concerning.

The room was absolutely disgusting. Went to wipe some water off the floor with a towel. And the towel turned brown. The room smelled so bad. Do not recommend this place at all.
