Our room was beautiful… truly… but next time we will book a room with no one above us. We could hear every word uttered and step taken above us… but we love the vibe and feel so much, and everyone was so helpful! It was suggested that we drive to Tomahawk Lake— which we did— and had a lovely afternoon reading by the lake and listening to the ducks. 💕

This boutique hotel is perfectly decorated and feels so chic and cozy at the same time. We stayed in the penthouse suite and it was just perfect for a little girls getaway. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base for our time in black mountain and Asheville. I would absolutely stay here again! The coffee shop was such a bonus to staying here. The only feedback I would offer be that the pillows and bed could be softer. If I were to stay again I would bring my own pillow in order to sleep better. Other than that, the place is perfect! So so cute, I highly reccomend!

Loved everything about this property. Our room was very comfortable with a separate sitting area. The open pantry was well stocked and maintained. The coffee bar downstairs has a great selection of drinks. The Property is walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops. Cannot wait to return to this amazing boutique hotel.

Staff is not on site. No cable or network access. They tell you to sign on to your own streaming service. That’s a problem if you don’t have one They had shampoo and conditioner but no body soap or shower gel

Beautiful property with so many added touches. Complimentary coffee at coffee bar , very generous butler pantry, koozie’s to take home . Everything was top notch ! We enjoyed the front porch as well!

This was our first time staying and it was a great experience. So close to town that we walked every time we went. They have a cute coffee/ bar right on premises and even had live music. Room was nice and clean and the little pantry area for snacks, coffee etc was a nice touch. Everything about the property was well thought out and it is very cozy. The staff were all super friendly and we would def stay again. Also had a pizza truck on premises that we didn’t try but they were usually busy. Great old school soft serve ice cream right across street as well. Book this place!

We enjoyed our stay at the Peri Social . Like they state it’s a different kind of “Hotel”. I would say it’s like a vacation stay amenity. The downstairs social side of the house stayed very busy during our stay. There were many visitors. We enjoyed the atmosphere. We left early morning while it was still dark. The front steps are a bit rough and there was no kind of lighting. It is something I might suggest to add for the night time.

Great location and amenities. Loved the cafe/bar and snacks and toiletries provided. Black Mountain was great for local shopping and restaurants. We stayed in the attic with 2 bedrooms and it was a beautiful big space. The only suggested improvement is more comfortable couch and mattress. Would definitely stay here again.
