This hotel and its delightful staff made all the difference to our visit to Jerez to see the famous dancing horses. I am an Australian grandmother, visiting Europe to keep my grandsons company during the school holidays in Paris, where they live. This was part of our adventure trip and we loved this hotel for its kindly staff, comfortable rooms, beautiful pool and perfect location. It is not my first time at this property, I feel well, breakfast is good, attention is good, rooms are well preserved.

The staff here goes beyond the expected to make this your home. From the moment of check in, it was clear that there was help for whatever was needed. There was excellent advice on dining options, things to see, help with any additional travel arrangements both with rail or taxi. Nothing was too much to ask. The hotel was neat, clean, and comfortable, but most of all, the staff was terrific. I would not hesitate to return.

La habitación estaba impecable, el aire acondicionado excelente. La cocina equipada con todo lo necesario. El baño muy bueno, provocaba bañarse por horas. Muy bien ubicado. El personal muy amable. La entrada y la salida al hotel estuvieron muy rápidas.

Great hotel, fantastic breakfast, clean rooms. The staff spoke English and was very helpful. There was plenty of parking on site and easy to get in and out of the property.
