Loved the place. It’s beautiful, clean, and couldn’t be in a better location. Arrival by car was excellent with valet parking service. The owner personally welcomed us and made us feel relaxed, explained everything well, and gave us great recommendations for Palermo. The only thing that was not great is that we were 15 mins late to check out (at 11:15) and the person at the front desk made a big deal about that. I feel like for the price and class of the hotel, at least a small grace period for...

This property is an oasis of quiet in a noisy city. The private garden is beautifully landscaped with a small swimming pool. Our room and bathroom were surprisingly large, with high ceilings. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Staff is helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back to this hotel!

Very lovely property with very helpful staff. It is a bit of a walk away from town center but there is nearby shopping and restaurants. Although we were on a corner and had two streets below us, we found the room quiet at night. Air conditioning worked perfectly.

Highly recommend the property. We had a nice and large modern room with a/c and heat. Kettle and tea.
10 minutes to train station Centrale, where you can also take the airport shuttle and buses to everywhere.
Breakfast on rooftop with spectacular views. Everything touristic easily walkable, restaurants galore.
The only issue for some people would be that you have to walk up to the third floor, no elevator in the old palazzo.
Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We were not disappointed...

I loved my stay. The room had lots of light and is clean, white and modern with a comfortable queen bed, a good shower and a mini fridge. It is basic, not fancy, in an apartment building to which you get a set of keys. It is a small, quiet b&b with only 7 rooms and a small, unfortunately internal and airless, breakfast room (I didn’t care, since I didn’t take advantage of it). Wonderful care from Veronica, who happens to be fluent in English and very hospitable and helpful. The location is...

4 tips for savvy savings when booking a hotel in Palermo
Book for the cheapest times: The most budget-friendly time to visit Palermo is during January, February, and November when hotel prices tend to be lower. For a great value for money experience, a stay of at least 3 to 4 days is recommended to fully appreciate the city's historical landmarks, cultural sites, and natural beauty. During your visit, you can explore iconic monuments, fascinating museums, beautiful churches, and charming cafes, as well as enjoy shopping and sightseeing tours that highlight the rich history and culture of Palermo.
Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: To discover last-minute deals for hotels in Palermo, begin by exploring the Dealsopens in new window or Last-Minute Deals sections on Hotels.com, where you may find discounted rates as your travel date approaches. Enabling email alerts or push notifications can help you stay informed about flash sales and special promotions, allowing you to seize opportunities to save. Additionally, the Smart Shopping tool available in the app allows you to compare hotel prices and amenities, ensuring you have access to the best options. With these features, you’re more likely to be among the first to know if prices drop or new rooms become available for your spontaneous getaway.
Be flexible with dates: Prices can fluctuate due to factors like the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year, so being flexible with your travel dates may help you find a better rate for your stay in a Palermo hotel. If you're interested in a more unique experience, boutique hotels can provide a personalized touch and occasionally offer better value. When you book through Hotels.com, we'll inform you whether the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price is on the higher end, we can suggest alternative dates that might be more affordable, helping you to potentially save on your trip.
Consider your location: Hotels near the city center usually tend to be pricier, but with Palermo's fantastic public transportation options, you might discover a more affordable independent hotel a bit farther out that still has great connections. For those interested in exploring quieter neighborhoods or even lesser-known nearby towns, there’s often excellent value for your money. Opting for these alternative locations can provide a more authentic and budget-friendly experience.
