This b&b hotel is in a terrific location, opposite the Napoli Port - it’s a picturesque view with boats bobbing on the sea with Mt Vesuvius in the background. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, as well as Mergellina train station. The original exposed lift is antiquated and scared us at first, but it works well and was fine once we overcame our nerves. The continental breakfast was plentiful but can only be served between 8-10am; we’d have liked to have had it at around 7 before venturing out. The room has excellent air conditioning which was greatly appreciated during the heatwave when we stayed. At night, walking by the sea was beautiful. If you’d like a place in Naples that is by the water instead of in central Naples, give this place a try. We stayed 4 nights.

Very noisy area all night and day. Bed and bathroom were good, but broken window blinds resulted in a very bright and early morning.

I arrived a little after the check-in closed, but the staff were very friendly and helped me to get into my room. The room was clean and as promised, had a partial sea view. Nice location near the metro and port with lots of restaurants. A substantial breakfast was served in the morning.

Nel complesso è stato un soggiorno piacevole. Pro: camera spaziosa, struttura situata in una bella posizione con una piacevole vista sul lungomare. La colazione era ricca, varia e abbondante. Aspetti da migliorare: la comunicazione non è stata sempre semplice. Il personale, pur essendo gentile e disponibile, parlava poco italiano e questo ha reso talvolta difficile comprendersi. E la persona al telefono rispondeva solo via messaggi dopo ore. Inoltre, il parcheggio disponibile è solo esterno e a pagamento.
