The location, price, breakfast was good. However, the problem was roaches on cups when I went to get coffee. Then it crawling on the syrup bottle and was in the room. My client was handicap and laundry was the third floor and the elevator was on ly used for other guest who may be on upper floor but they had elevator listed as emergency exit only. Which I couldn't leave my client that far where I couldn't hear or see them. The staff was really nice she even went got ice do I would have to leave my clients.

it was my first time staying there. I usually stay at the Marriott or Hyatt which both are a bit more money. The room was spacious and very clean. Nice breakfast and they offer coffee avail all day. Staff was friendly. And located near I-64 was great way to get around town. Hurstbourne Parkway is full of restaurants. I will definitely stay again.

The hotel is adjacent to an abandoned hotel, almost connected. They have a bar but when I asked for a beverage, they said it wasn’t open; never opened it or stated why it was closed. The staff was friendly.
