The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially during check-in, which gave us a great first impression. Unfortunately, the room itself was quite small and felt a little cramped. The shower pressure was also quite poor, and the shower floor felt unstable underfoot, almost as though it was caving in, which was a little concerning. Overall, the service from the staff was lovely, but the room and bathroom could definitely do with some improvements and maintenance to make the stay more comfortable.
