Not well maintained rooms. The facilities though were really good and we travelled with small kids which they really enjoyed all the activities. The kids entertainment was really great.

We had a very good experience during our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The pool was clean and enjoyable, and the hotel had a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere that made our stay even more relaxing. Overall, we were very satisfied and would happily stay here again. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers.

We had a family holiday in Egypt and this hotel was a truly great choice. The amenities for kids, the helpfulness of the staff and the fact that ut was all inclusive and there were always snacks available for the children, were perfect for us. The pirate water park is amazing for young kids and there is also a beach to enjoy. Definitely recommended.

Although some information was misleading it was a good hotel. Reads as all inclusive but in fact it is Not. It is a partial all inclusive. Staff was friendly but not well informed about the inclusions. Felt like I vacationed in Germany instead of Egypt. Lots of food catered to Germans/europeans. Slides in the aqua kids parks was the best and saving grace. Satisfied but would not return.
