Everything was wonderful except for TV options. I had to reset the TV and create a Roku account just to log into my own YouTube TV. That’s not gonna be important to sign, but it was to me. The staff said not every room has that issue, but ours did. I have no idea why that is.

Very efficient check-in and check-out, everything was through texts and very easy. Very clean and functional, everything works, and looks taken care of. 2 min walk to the beach and a tavern with tiki bar on the beach.

Great location and business model
I like the model of taking a humble beachside motel, gutting it and turning into a boutique property. It's something so many struggling properties along the Atlantic Coast could learn from. Please consider adding early and late check-in as an option. Many guests would go for this.

The Beach House was perfect for me and my husband. The room looked newly renovated, the property was clean including the pool. Walking distance to beach and a couple dinning choices. Only interacted with one staff member and she was wonderful. Definitely will return!!!

We had a wonderful stay at The Beach House motel! The hotel is recently renovated and very clean. The location is fantastic—very close to the beach and plenty of great food options nearby. The parking is easy and the area feels very safe. We have nothing but positive things to say and will definitely be returning!

Nice beach getaway
Excellent location and 2 minute walk to the beach. The rooms were nicely updated and extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable and air conditioning worked great. The staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect OKI Location
The Beach House is a super cute place! Great location right across the street from the beach and we could see the water from our second floor room. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. I would give 5 stars but it would have been nice to have more hooks to hang stuff, and another chair. The only mirror was the little one in the bathroom. It would have been nice to have a full size mirror out in the room. These aren’t really complaints, more suggestions if the owners read these reviews. We did not need to engage with the staff much but when we did, they were very helpful and friendly. Our only complaint was the envelope left on the counter asking for a tip. Upon leaving, guests are asked to place all towels in a provided laundry bag, take out their own garbage, and wipe everything down. We didn’t mind doing those chores, but we felt it was presumptuous for them to ask for tips when there is no daily service provided and we’re the ones asked to do half the cleaning. Despite that, we would definitely stay here again!
