Okay for the price.
The location was great and the price for 2 nights was decent. Close to the SBahn and Zoo and direcrt line from the aiport. But bathroom tiny, and couldn't have any air in the room and close curtains. Terrible layout and made the room uncomfortable as for the window to open curtains had to be wide open and full view of the bed to the open window.

The hotel is well located. I think it gets the job done if you're looking for a place for a short stay. I would not recommend staying in this hotel for more than 1 night though. The rooms are very small and the A/C was barely working. A little pricey for what it really is.

HOT ROOM!
Their air condition doesnt work! My room was BURNING hot, and I woke up many times during the night. The train also woke me up. Usually I really like Motel one, but the price for this one is just WAY to high, to not have a good nights sleep. I will probably look elsewhere next time unfortunately :(

Praktisches Stadthotel
Das Hotel ist praktisch gelegen direkt am Bahnhof Zoo. Mein Zimmer hatte Blick auf die Bahnschienen, aber die Schallisolierung der Fenster ist sehr gut. Ich hätte mir aber weiße, halbdurchsichtige Gardinen gewünscht für die Privatsphäre, nicht nur Verdunkelungsvorhänge. Es ist nicht so toll, wenn die Leute aus der S-Bahn einem ins Zimmer schauen, aber auch nicht so toll, wenn die Alternative ein stockdunkler Raum ist (denn die Verdunklungsvorhänge funktionieren wirklich sehr gut!). Mein Zimmer war sauber, das Bad in Ordnung. Den Preis fand ich für das Zimmer ein bisschen hoch, aber das ist wohl Berlin. Gefrühstückt habe ich nicht.

Das Hotel lebt von seiner zentralen Lage. Keine zwei Minuten und man ist mitten auf dem Ku“damm. Was natürlich dazu führt, dass es kein ruhiges Hotel ist aber ich denke, dass dies jedem bewusst ist der dieses Hotel bucht. Je nach dem zu welcher Seite man sein Zimmer bekommt hat man die S-Bahn Strecke direkt vor dem Fenster. Aber es gibt zwei Schalldichte Fenster die den Lärm wirklich sehr gut abschirmen. Frühstück ist ok. Kein Rührei oder Spiegelei. Kaffee dafür sehr gut. Personal sehr hilfsbereit und immer lösungsorientierr. Parken direkt neben an im Parkhaus zu Sonderkonditionen.
