I stayed here for 2 nights and was very pleased with it. The room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. It is a brilliant location if you are coming from Paddington Station literally 5 mins walk if that. The check in was easy enough as you were sent the codes for the doors. I would recommend here if you need somewhere cheap but comfortable and clean.

Perfect location for getting around London. Room was spacious and clean. We stayed during high temperatures and the room was like a sauna despite having fan on and window open. No-one at reception when we arrived so took a while to be able to leave/store luggage (as stated on website) but all check in info was sent via email which was great and easy for when we returned later. Would stay again as very central & close to transport links etc.

Location is great, room was fine, we had a twin room and literally just needed somewhere to sleep so was perfect for what we needed it for. Main entrance and stairs up to our room are dirty and need some touch ups, no shampoo in our room, attachments on the wall were empty. Beds were clean, but the whole having no staff and self check in wasn’t ideal, but again was fine considering we just needed something easy for two nights

Didn’t see any staff the whole time I was there! If your needing a cheap place to stay for a couple nights this place will be good although the room wasn’t exactly clean ( there was dirt marks in the shower tray ) the room needs a little tlc with the decorating but it is in a very good location as it’s not that far from Paddington station and loads of restaurants nearby!

The hotel was okay. Great location! So close to the tube station and shops, cafes and restaurants. We never met a single member of staff. It was all through messages. Had password key numbers to enter the property and to your room. Room was okay. Bathroom could have been cleaner. The pillows were awful very lumpy beds were clean but just uncomfortable. But overall stay was okay.

There were plenty of shops & restaurants nearby. Convenient for Hyde Park. email for check in was sent when we arrived at property luckily a reception person was there to assist us. 2 double rooms booked - only 1 towel in each room. Rooms were OK but budget hotel. Picked a couple of hairs from bed & bathroom - not ours! Reception was not manned so could not request extra towels. Reception person queried early check in which had been paid for in advance . check parking availability because many road parking is for 4 hours max.

Good (enough) is best way to describe this hotel. Absolutely zero interaction with any staff in person, room had everything it needed but poorly maintained, wallpaper falling off walls, cracked tiles etc BUT quiet enough, centrally located enough & bed comfortable enough. Room was on 3rd floor with no lift so not for feint hearted but considering the price paid it was all that was needed. Wouldn’t rush back but if I needed a place to sleep/wash/rinse/repeat this wouldn’t stop me considering it again. Location is probably its best feature!

The one single bedroom was small, but spacious enough for a taller man. Comfortable with enough bedding. Had a kettle and tea and coffee . One thing that can be a safety issue is the low overhang as you exit the room. I banged my head hard on it, leaving a bump and a bad headache. This need to be addressed with at least signage as well as appropriate bumper or cushioning on the low overhead.
