Quadruple room in city centre
First thing, if you're booking a quadruple room or superior quadruple room, be aware - they are actually the same room (the hotel doesn't distinguish between them). We booked a superior room as we wanted more space (as shown in the pictures) but we were given what the website showed as a smaller and cheaper room. When we contacted the hotel about this, they were very helpful and immediately showed us to a more spacious room. Apart from this glitch at the start, the hotel was perfectly located in the centre of Rome. There was some traffic noise, but that's to be expected in the city centre. The room was very clean and had incredibly comfortable beds and pillows. There was a fantastic old-style lift - which my husband said looked like something out of a James Bond movie! The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and were able to recommend places to eat. If we go back to Rome, I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
