Lovely and convenient
I had a fantastic experience at Crowne Plaza Changi. The hotel kindly allowed me an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated after a long flight. While waiting, the staff in the restaurant were incredibly accommodating and made me feel welcome. The service was excellent, and the convenience of the location can’t be beaten. Highly recommend!

Easy walk from the terminal, outstanding staff - so friendly and personable - and a beautiful large room. Also loved the on-site restaurant. Great food and once again very friendly staff. Another excellent stay. Arrived after a delayed flight so requested a late check out, which was granted. Room this time wasnt in the Jewel wing, which is what im sure i booked, but it was equally as well equipped, clean and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone

Best airport stay ever
This is THE BEST airport hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms were huge! If you’re staying in Singapore as part of a longer stay, make sure to book a few extra nights to enjoy this hotel thoroughly! Thank you to the reception staff (very annoyed I can’t remember the gentleman’s name - I believe it may be Zenai). We were a big group of 7 and we all received great service, a few had room upgrades and we were able to have a late check out as our flight was so late. Thank you to the staff here at Crowne Plaza, you are all so brilliant. My personal opinion looking at everyone’s rooms, the pool view is better than the runway view.
