Fantasy!!!
Absolutely brilliant hotel. The pictures are accurate and the hotel even better than it looks. Family suite was massive and had 2 bathrooms- is more like an apartment. Breakfast was ok. Unbelievable value and wish I had booked for longer than one night.

Hotel shuttle
The airport shuttle schedule was not mentioned during check-ins that the last one was at noon. The only reason i booked was for shuttle transfer to the don mueang airport. They only offered for drop off only. Getting to their hotel you're on you're own. I find it strange because there are many flights going out each day & this hotel stopped their shuttle service at noon.

Room floor is dirty. Dust and hair everywhere. Bed is super hard, not comfortable, cannot sleep well. Stain on bed sheet, not sure what it is. Breakfast is average, got Japanese and Thai. Bathroom is really small.

Excellent room & breakfast, close to DMK airport.
Excellent hotel close to DMK airport. Check-in was quick, easy and friendly. Room had everything you need, is a great value for price, and the breakfast buffet was terrific with many different options. Free shuttle from hotel to airport (no airport pickup with hotel shuttle but it’s only about $3 for taxi). I’ve stayed here several times now and it’s been excellent every time.

Checks all the boxes
The hotel is superb and provided an end to end experience that checked all the boxes. From the moment you walk in, you'll notice the large lobby which is the most comfortable and peaceful I've seen, worldwide. The front desk staff are exceptional and have brilliant customer service skills. For a high volume hotel with often demanding guests they deserve accolades. The rooms are spotless and well designed, modern comforts and amenities that are integrated and seemingly everywhere only add the the relaxation. Another standout is the hotel's gym, the best I've seen at a hotel in Bangkok. Based on this alone the hotel is worth staying in. Finally, I want to thank all the hotel staff for their collaboration, I highly recommend staying here it has everything I needed or wanted.

A very nice hotel at a reasonable price
The Resident Hotel is situated in a very convenient location and is well-maintained. While the front desk staff are not particularly friendly, they are well-trained and capable of performing their duties efficiently. My only suggestion is that if the front desk staff could be more welcoming and kind, I would gladly rate the hotel 5 stars.

only stayed one night to take the plane in Don Mueang airport. They have an airport shuttle service but that doesn’t take you right in front of the airport but you need to walk a bridge that reaches to the airport. The bridge have a slope so you can easily take your luggage. The hotel gives a breakfast box for those who should leave the hotel early and it’s in good condition so i would recommend taking the breakfast included option.

Smelt great throughout as soon as we walked in, which isn't the case in all places in thailand! Great bed, good pillows, youtube/netflix and a few minutes from don mueang airport made it a great nights stay for a morning flight, will defo book again next time we fly from don mueang!

This place was AMAZING! If it was closer to the center of Bangkok I would have stayed longer, but I needed to be closer to things downtown. I stayed for 2+ nights after arriving at 1 am from Japan and needed somewhere to relax and catch up on sleep near DMK airport. AC worked great, fridge and microwave were much appreciated, breakfast was sooooooo good. A great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed the Japanese Buffet breakfast and found the quality of food very good and staff very helpful. The room was spacious and we enjoyed having access to Netflix. For the price of the room for 2 nights and breakfast included, this was a really good deal. Originally we booked this room to be closer to Don Meung train station to travel to Chiang Mai. It was a long commute from Suvarnabhumi airport and central Bangkok. The gym had good facilities. The lobby staff were very helpful with our suitcases taking them from and to our car.

We read a few reviews on this hotel and wondered just where they were staying exactly??? Our room (Family Suite) is as fantastic. It faces the back of the hotel, which we think was probably better, but the front faces a Soi (small lane) so wasn’t really too busy either. The beds were sold like pillows, a rarity in Thailand, the pillows were amazing. The breakfast buffet was gorgeous, not just a bunch of brown food (I did miss bacon though). The staff was LOVELY. Helpful, gracious and kind. We travel a bit, and my son (14) repeatedly said that its was one of his top hotels. We’ve been to fancier, but this one was even better. Well definitely stay again if the opportunity arises!
