Just Ok
I've stayed at other Hotsson hotels in Mexico and this was my least favorite. The neighborhood was not inviting to feel safe enough to walk at night. The restaurant staff were rude when I called and asked about late night food options. I had to order uber eats to deliver food. I was hoping more from this chain and was disappointed.

Our stay here was great. Staff was very friendly and ready always ready to help and answer our questions. The AC in our room wasn’t working, we let front desk and they said they would send someone up. They weren’t able to repair it at the time but they quickly moved us to another room. Incredible comfortable hotel
Second time staying in this hotel. Rooms are very big, clean and comfortable. Everything feels new. Reception people are super nice and welcoming. Room was quiet for being next to a busy avenue. This is a great hotel if staying for business, long stay, or just hang out in room to relax. I was on a 6 floor so I had a nice view. Its like an apartment, full kitchen and amenities. The only cons is not very convenient to public transportation, not in a touristy area. But fine if you uber straight from here. There is a soriana supermarket and sanborns 6 minute walk away and a pharmacy next door 5 seconds walk.
