The staff are very friendly. It was 37 degrees for our visit and they came to our room instantly to fix the AC. Very helpful when my husband’s different hotel was very disappointing. Mas Camarenas will Be my first choice when we go back for soccer next Summer!

The hotel, staff, dinning, all good. The huge and very difficult problem is transportation to and from the hotel. Don't expect much help from google, there's a lot of missinformation that doesn't match with reality. It's sad because the hotel and staff are throgh gems

I used to like this hotel. It has underground parking and a restaurant on-site. I used to stay there when traveling through on my way to/from the south of Spain. However, this time there was a large group (of bodybuilders) who partied all night. That is not the sort of thing one wants to experience after a long drive and with the next long drive on the very next day.

Had to be moved on arrival as the bedroom smelt of cigarette smoke. Communal corridor smelt bad, really really stale. Breakfast chocie was very limited and not good and the evening food was disgusting. Staff were friendly but this does not make up for the overall bad experience. Would never stay again and this is most definately not a 4 star hotel ....perhaps a 2!

The positive : this was a very affordable hotel with nice, professional staff. The negative : it's in an industrial area. While the lobby was glitzy, the rooms were relatively shabby, and the facilities were very unimpressive. I would have never guessed this was a four-star hotel. The beautiful common areas and the friendly staff do not make up for the 3-star rooms and facilities.
