The bathtub was not clean and had to be cleaned and refilled with hot water because there was grime floating in the bathtub. The staff was very helpful, and worked very hard to find a place that would be open when many supermarkets were closed early during the mid summer eve. They also worked very hard to find out the bus schedule for the airport when we had a problem with the bus schedule for the mid summer holiday. The breakfast is excellent, delicious and varied. There are many things to complain about, but all in all it was a good hotel. I will use this hotel again the next time I go to Umea. However, I would like you to install the air conditioner system by then. The heat in the room during the daytime is crazy.

Varje gång vi har bott där nu (4ggr) så har restaurangen varit stängd. Det ges ingen info på deras hemsida. Frukosten har varit ok med önskan på fräschheten. Allt hade krispiga kanter och var torrt. Dock lugnt hotell med möjlighet till parkering i garage vilket är plus. Men nästa gång byter vi till annat.
