Everything about our short stay was lovely. The town was very quiet while we were there - our stay was primarily to visit the castle ruins (which we recommend!). Very charming town. The inn was very relaxing and we enjoyed the on-site onsen, and the excellent Japanese breakfast.

First time in kinosaki and this place checked every box. Extremely clean and extremely great staff. The meals were excellent as well.
It’s a small resort with only a small amount of rooms but our room had a river side window that was wonderful in the morning. For anyone worried about noise the whole town is very quiet so it’s not an issue at all.
The resort has 2 private onsens and what’s really nice is lights throughout the hotel show if it’s opened or not so you don’t have to go all the...

Great value if you need to stay in this area. The rooms are decent size, clean, no bad odor. The view from the 10th floor was pretty nice. Public bath was very nice. Breakfast buffet was included and had a good selection that was different on both days I used it. The restaurant was a bit hard to use at dinner because i was supposed to use a QR code but it just wasn't working on my phone but the server took my order manually. Staff was always friendly. Would definitely stay again if I ever come...

We stayed 2 nights in 2 rooms with western beds which were very comfortable!
The service and organization were outstanding!!!
There is a free pass given to you by the hotel allows you to go into all the 7 different public onsen baths in this lovely ancient thermal town.
I strongly suggest everyone going to Japan to experience one or more onsen located all over the country, it is a tradition you should experience to understand better their culture!
