Just say no
Stayed one night by necessity, not choice. Two individuals passed out in the breakfast area, sticky floor in the room, dirty shower. I pushed the nasty recliner against my bottled door, slept with the light on, and in my clothes. Well I didn’t really sleep. You get what you pay for.

We didn’t end up staying. The smells and condition of the room unsatisfactory. The couch was torn, hallway carpets were dirty, and there was a smell that we were afraid would trigger our kid’s asthma. The staff was very accommodating and

The outside of the hotel was nice, inside was not so good. The room I received smelled of cigarettes even though “it’s a smoke free” hotel. The mattress on the pull out sofa was stained and smelled. The floor was sticky.

Not good at all have images & videos room was dirty floors had steeps on floor in it not safe at all for my children with special needs they gave me no heads up they were renovating it. Dog barking non stop next door all night & they seem to not have toilet paper in hotel. If you stay a week like i did they will not give you fresh sheets they tell you to come back later for it i waited 3-5 hours termite damage by the window. The same person that checked me in was the most non helpful employee there. Cant hand out no more then 20 dollars worth of quarters out in a whole hotel not to mention Roaches & this app isn't allowing me to post it pull out sofa was disgusting and stained up & not to mention the smell

Absolutely disgusting. first room had a broken tv visible dirt on the bed and a roach crawling on the floor. No idea why I even tried a second room. It was worse. The floors had not been cleaned in so long you can see the dirt. Hotels.com app has become complete garbage too. Can't even post the photos

For the love of god DO NOT BOOK HERE! Checked in at 3:30pm, and was told we’d have to wait 15-20 minutes for our room to be cleaned, despite the 3pm check-in time. We told them we were sorry, but had an appointment to get to at 4 and could not wait. They told us the fastest they could do was a room less nice, and we said that was okay. Went to the room and it was absolutely horrifying. Picture Jeffrey Dahmer vibes. Rust all over the fridge. Carpets torn and stained all throughout. Walls with random stuff splattered on it. Went to front desk to ask if we could switch to our original intended room after our appointment and the front desk agent JEFFERSON said, “No, that’s why I told you to wait for a nicer room and you didn’t want to wait. Youve already put your stuff in there, now you’ve used the room”. I explained that check in was at 3, so it was their fault our room wasn’t ready and we shouldn’t have to be waiting any additional time since we were checking in late anyways. Another lady came up after she heard me say that the room was not what we booked. The pictures online do not look like that whatsoever. She said that she apologized as the pictures online are extremely old and outdated, and that since our original room was now ready I could check it out and see if that was okay. If not we could get a full refund. I thanked her and went to check the new room. It was unfortunately almost just as bad as the first room. Went downstairs to get a refund. RUN AWAY!
