Room was in excellent condition. We didn’t use the restaurant, it was close to the centre. Unfortunately we received an email the day before arrival informing us there was works going on which meant the car park wasn’t available, which was one of the reasons we booked this particular hotel. There was a car park 200 yards down the road that was cheaper to park in than the one they recommended.

A reasonably short walk from the train station, and a friendly welcome on arrival. Not fancy, but it had all we needed - and in well kept condition. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean. Enjoyed the quite extensive breakfast buffet.

The hotel lobby and exterior is under construction. It was close to the train station, quick walk but not so nice area. It was about a 10+ minute walk to old town. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Liked the large bathroom/lobby area but terrible lighting for getting ready. Weird gigantic tv between sofa area and bed so you couldn’t see tv unless on the couch. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Delighted with our recent stay at Best Western International Hotel, Annecy. Friendly staff, clean rooms, lovely restaurant where we enjoyed late dinner and breakfast, and probably the best shower we have had all trip. We parked outside to unload our luggage and check in and then moved the car to the multi-storey carpark across the road for the duration of our trip. Grateful for the free night parking offer, a lovely gesture. We will definitely stay here when we return to Annecy.

Annecy is a beautiful place to visit and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. This hotel is super well located and easy to access from the train and bus stations. There are numerous nearby restaurants and shops and the city is easily walkable. The staff are friendly and helpful, and we received a free upgrade upon arrival. The spa is affordable, clean and quiet, as is the rest of the hotel. I'm travelling with a child, so it's important that the area around the hotel is safe and well suited to visiting families. I found it to be both. Finally, it was a great breakfast with lots of choice that was well worth the extra cost. The hotel also has an easily accessible restaurant, great little workout room, convenient library and common meeting areas.
