Absolutely wonderful! Overnight stay for a concert at the HOB. So convenient to downtown Disney. From checking us in early to check out, the whole front desk staff were incredibly gracious and helpful. The free breakfast and all no smoking suite rooms made this first time stay not my last!

Loved the room, a lot space to move around. Plenty of seating options and comfortable beds! The hotel is very close to Old Town which is great! One of the two elevators was out of service which made the wait a bit long at times. Free breakfast was nice only complaint is that they ran out of coffee early and didn’t refill them. But overall would definitely stay there again.
