The staff are all very helpful although they seemed to be short staffed in all areas. This hotel is great for a small clean room with a comfortable bed. We’ve been staying here for years and it is starting to look like it needs fresh paint and a bit of maintenance.

Det var ett uruselt hotell. Jag hade bokat för två personer men rummet var för en person. Bodde där en natt men fick sen byta rum. De städade inte under hela vår vistelse. Då skulle vi sagt till det innan. Det fanns inget fönster på rummet. Fick prata med managern som var riktigt otrevlig. Hotellet var riktigt smutsigt och det luktade illa.

El hotel está fantástico y el personal es muy amable. Todo limpio y nuevo . Con una buenísima localización . Y se quedaron las maletas antes hacer el checking sin coste para nosotros . Si volvemos a londres volveremos !!
