The bed and shower were very comfortable. The hotel is a little on the old side. Would be nice to see furniture and doors upgraded. The staff was indifferent at times. We had a doorbell ring on our first morning at 8:30 am with hotel worker announcing “Lavandería” which means laundry service. Told the front desk not to have anyone ring us….it just went in one ear and out the other. It’s a culture thing I guess

El servicio del bar es excelente, la persona que lo atiende es muy amable, preparo muy bien las bebidas y atendió a todos muy bien a pesar de estar solo preparando las bebidas, los alimentos y levantando las órdenes. En el baño no hubo shampoo ni acondicionador, lo notifique a recepción y tardaron mucho tiempo en subirlos.
