Very nice Mt. Fuji view from room!!!
Miyuki, 3-night trip

10/10 Excellent

We were at the property at the for 2 nights. The view of Mt Fuji was amazing. Breakfast spread was good value for money. The property is a bit dated and far from the main drag, but the service and the onsen was amazing. Would recommend this place.
Swarnim, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

We loved our stay at The Gran Resort Princess Fujikawaguchiko. We arrived late at night and they were very helpful with check-in and once we realized I had left a cellphone behind in the taxi they were very quick to help us find it and contact the taxi company. They even waited outside (insisted even) to get my phone, after they saw me waiting for the taxi driver to return. The beds were comfortable and we had an incredible view of the mountain from our window, so beautiful in the morning and an affordable stay at that so we were incredibly grateful for that. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast had both continental and traditional options (e.g., miso soup, milk pudding, tabletop grill to grill fish, fruits, etc.)

Good stay. Very affordable but nothing super amazing. Fantastic view and a quieter hotel than others in the area. Onsen was small but nice

We booked the largest room size and everything nice. Some furnitures were getting old but still okay to use. The view to see fuji is very best! Many facilities to use such as onsen and karaoke.

8/10 Good

Property for the night was what we needed! Hotel has outstanding views of Mt Fuji! We didn't use any amenities onsite so can't speak to those. The gentleman at the front counter was absolutely fantastic when we first came in. So friendly and helpful. When we came back to check in, the 2 at the desk were friendly but definitely not as friendly as the older gentleman earlier in the day!
Terri, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Mt Fuji trip

Big and clean room, with bonus of Mt fuji view. Wonderful onsen. Cannot walk from Kawaguchiko station. Need to arrange free shuttle service with hotel. We rented a car so not a problem for us.
Kelvin, 4-night trip

6/10 Okay

Hotel is too old. The extra charge for the hot springs shouldn’t be extra charge and wonder no towel provided inside.
Kwok Leung, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

The view is very good
Man, 1-night trip

4/10 Poor

Aged and smelt of cooking as soon as we left our room. No ventilation in the lobby

It has a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji just outside the window. The breakfast buffet and high-level dinner are delicious dine-in options. Furthermore, the staff was patient and helpful.
