Overall we enjoyed our stay at Sierra Silvana. We would have liked some more information in english from the hotel during our stay. It was a coinsidence, that we decided to eat on the hotel friday night - and my god we could have missed "Traditional puglian night". The food was absolutely fantastic! But beforehand, we didn't receive any information about it. The rooms are ok. Not that large, and the pillows are extremely flat and hard. Nice balcony with chairs and table. The sounds from the staircase was going straight through the door, every little sound came in our room. The pool area - great. Even a couple of exercising machines by the poolside (and tabletennis). The breakfast was not down our alley. Too much cake and sweet stuff - not much "real" breakfast. The noise was sometimes a bit too much for us scandinavians in the restaurant, but i guess thats culture. As we arrived late, the reception ordered a table for us at the nearby local restaurant "La Grande Quercia" only 4-500 m from the hotel - Wow! We came back nearly every night after that experience. Such a cosy place - nice waiters - and the food....terrific and authentic. Our warmest recommendations.

Struttura pulitissima, si mangia benissimo e sono tutti molto cordiali. Il parchetto per i bambini TOP. Unico neo il mini club, le operatrice dovrebbe interagire di più con i bambini, no sempre e solo colori e puzzle, evitando cosi di far stare i genitori insieme a loro. Ad ogni modo voto 10 alla struttura, ci tornerei sicuramente.

struttura meravigliosa,piscina ,hall, giardino interno bellissimo giochi per bambini,eravamo Entusiasti c'era tutto e tutt'ora penso che sia una fantastica struttura,reception cortesi ,sala colazioni il ragazzo di nome Bruno fantastico di una gentilezza superlativa ,disappunto per la signora con i capelli rossi che non ci ha saputo fare con i modi tanto è vero che appena abbiamo visto Bruno ci siamo fatti servire da lui anche perche lei si è dimenticata proprio di no. Nota dolente purtroppo la camera la nostra esperienza meriterebbe un giudizio di 1,arredamento molto datato ovvio che è un giudizio personale l'arredamento che ad altri potrebbe piacere, non da 4 stelle sicuramente per me vasca scomoda camera piccola per 4,canali Sky non funzionavano,ma appena arrivati abbiamo dovuto richiedere una nuova pulizia capelli e peli lenzuola sporche con dentro capelli, dopo aver ripulito la stanza torniamo e cmq il set che avevo appoggiato sulla vasca sporco la è stato lasciato senza cambiarlo e cmq non era stata pulita di nuovo bene ma abbiamo sorvolato.Ieri sera rientriamo a mezzanotte,la camera invasa di formiche tutta la stanza il bagno la vasca piena di formiche e anche lì abbiamo dovuto chiamare e tempestivamente hanno risolto ,la mattina al risveglio ci siamo cmq ritrovati le formiche.Checkout triste nemmeno ci hanno chiesto come è andata.Peccato,siamo stati sfortunati per la camera mi spiace molto,la struttura merita davvero molto,da migliorare molto la pulizia delle camere
