The staff was very friendly and wonderful. Our room the toilet didn't always flush and the shower had a terrible leak. We called and maintenance came up looked at it and left. We didn't have a real working toilet for our stay.

The room was comfortable and clean...nice towels. But the grounds were uncomfortable...garage was full of old furniture and junk...hard to park. They said there was to be a charge for valet parking...there was none offered. The elevators were dirty and it just wasn't pretty.

Cockroaches Hotel

Room has cockroaches, hotel very dirty in general, second floor parking look like zombie movie, elevator with spider webs. Receptionist not friendly. This is the second worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. Not recommended. Asked for check out the next day

I stayed at this location for 1.5 nights, and while the location is convenient and the staff were polite, I ended up leaving a night (had made a reservation for 2.5 nights) early because I genuinely felt uncomfortable staying any longer. The room was surface-level clean, and something about it felt grimy, like the kind of place that doesn’t get a deep clean very often. The linens didn’t feel fresh, and carpet had a musty vibe that made me want to keep my shoes on. It’s disappointing because I’ve had good experiences with La Quinta before, but this one didn’t live up to that standard. Definitely wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

You get what you paid for. The sheets weren’t clean. The room smelt like an old hotel that needs to replace the carpet or just tile the rooms. Good? The water pressure…and location were good. Reception staff friendly.

Never staying at a La Quinta again!!!

Due to this experience I will never stay at a La Quinta again. The room was dirty and roach infested. There was a colony of roaches on the back of the t.v. I was quickly packed up my things and picked them up off the ground. I called the front desk to request a room change and the Front Desk agent immediately said to just come down, she didn’t ask what was wrong. When issuing me a new room I had to ask her if I could at least tell her what was wrong with the room. After a I explained she issued me a new room and said that this room was cleaned today (as opposed to what? Putting a guest into a dirty roach infested room?). The new seemed okay but the next day I saw another roach. I was tired and frustrated and didn’t want to deal with another room change so I stayed. On the 2nd day there was a leak in the ceiling and I had had enough. I didn’t expect a 5 star resort but I did expect a clean working room. So I did the only logical thing and checked out a day early. Despite all of the issues during my stay the front desk said that I needed to speak to a manager if I wanted a credit. The only saving grace was the manager agreed to credit me for the one day since I checked out early. Worst experience ever!

La ubicación es su valor.

La ubicación es muy buena. La limpieza de la habitación dejaba que desear, sobre todo la alfombra que tenía restos de comida y pedazos de uñas. Nos pasó que el elevador se quedo atorado por un momento en el 2do piso. Esa misma tarde vimos que lo estaban reparando. El desayuno incluído es muy básico.

If I could give -5/5 I would

It was horrible. When we got to the room our keys didn’t work and it took them awhile to get someone up to help us. When we finally got into the room it smelled so bad we had to open the window. The toiletries were small and the towels shed on my hand when I tried to use it. There was also a cockroach in the bathroom. After 20 minutes it was too much and we left. Parking was also not included and we had to pay 35 dollars a day. The maintenance worker who helped us was polite and friendly but the front desk worker was not. Over all it was just terrible and we will not be staying here, or likely a la Quinta again. This was the worst la Quinta we had ever been in.

I didn’t stay the night because the staff gave me a very bad vibe. The front desk girl took 30-ish minutes to help me. The man charging for the parking was really unaware of what personal space is. Once the front desk girl got to help me she completely ignored me and got on the phone with someone that needed to open a room. She was talking to him in Spanish and curse words were being exchanged in a very casual and unprofessional way.

No entiendo como pueden tener este hotel en hoteles, pésimo servicio tanto de personal como en grl del hotel, sucio tuvimos que limpiar y comprar sábanas, huele horrible, personal que atiende sin ganas d e trabajar y groseras, huele horrible, nos tuvimos que salir un día antes del check out ya que era imposible estar ahí de los sucio y desagradable pésima estancia esperemos y se oyera solucionar algo o quítenlo de la app porfavor, la vda una experiencia terrible, no poder dormir tranquilos, las bañeras llenas de moho las alfombras apestosas, los muebles llenos de tierra aire acondicionado sin enfriar, cucharachos en recepción, pésimo servicio de trabajadores, llegamos y no había luz en el baño, no había papel de baño ni toallas, la verdad no recordaría jamás este hotel de lo más sucio y asqueroso, íbamos en plan de poder descansar bien ya que nuestras hijas iban a una competencia y fue frustrante ver sus caritas de ascos y de que no querían tocar nada de lo sucio y apestoso padecen de alergias y fue una tortura para ellas esas dos noches, quisiera ver si se podría hacer algún reembolso por la noche que no se ocupó
Lo tuvimos que limpiar ya que había tierra por todas partes
Aire acondicionado lleno de basura
Tierra a más no poder
Mugrero y tierra en la alfombra que apestaba a humedad
