The host was exceptionally helpful. We only stayed one night before our flight out from Naples. Sorted us a recommended taxi for an early pick up (4am) - left us hot calzone style mozzarella and ham sandwiches by our door for the flight, and it is conveniently located above a nice pizzeria which we visited the night before. The room had a hot tub, which was a nice touch - the host couldn't have done more for us. Would definitely stay here again, excellent location and warm welcoming.

Expensive for a very basic room. Check-in was good, although we had been travelling all day and desperately wanted a shower and there was no hot water. They did manage to get it sorted quickly. Central location within easy walk of station and centre. Breakfast was good, although staff could try smiling occasionally. Just seemed like you were annoying them overtime you asked for something. They had run out of English tea.., we bought a packet round the corner for less than €2 euros

Hjertelig velkomst, meget venlig personale.

Great staff at late check in. Helpful and wonderful. Room was good and nice small balcony and great shower. Breakfast was terrible. Very little choice and a lazy and unhelpful waiter who decided to be very rude. Go get breakfast across the road or at the train station. Great location for train, quite a good walk to centre of Naples.

The staff were excellent and so was the cleanliness. If going to Naples, I wouldn't suggest a better place to stay and go. The location is also excellent. Very close to the centre of the city. Great place.

Annars välj hotell i historiska delen.

The stay is close to the main train station. So, it is good for connectivity and is far enough to not be too noisy. It is part of an old building with basic amenities that requires upkeep and maintenance. Breakfast was included in the booking. However, this was just basic with coffee and a store bought cakes and croissants (was not always fresh and service depends on the available staff). But good for the money. Overall, the place is good in terms of connectivity and budget, but would not recommend it for longer stays. The rooms and bathrooms definitely need upkeep. The breakfast service and quality of what is provided can be improved.
