omg the smell is Stillwater in the room.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my stay at Summit Hotel was an extremely disappointing experience. From the moment I checked in, I noticed a leaky faucet in the bathroom. Over time, the constant dripping led to a foul smell in the room that only got worse. Upon further inspection, I discovered black mold forming around the sink area, which is not only unsightly but also a major health concern. To make matters worse, there were also roaches in the room. I reported these issues to the front desk three times during my stay, and while the staff was polite, they did nothing to address the situation. I was never offered a room change, nor was I compensated for the inconvenience and discomfort. It was incredibly frustrating to feel like my concerns were being ignored. Additionally, Summit Hotel advertised amenities that were simply not available. One of the key selling points for me was the outdoor pool, but when I arrived, I was told that it didn’t exist. This was a major letdown and added to my sense of frustration with the hotel. For the price I paid, I expected basic cleanliness, maintenance, and the amenities that were promised. Unfortunately, Summit Hotel failed on all fronts. I would not recommend staying here unless they address these significant issues

Summit Hotel
Overall staff were really great and helpful and the hotel location is walking distance to the mall or convenient stores. The WiFi was excellent which I needed for my international meetings and work. Something to address though is there were three (3)instances where I had small cockroaches in the room. One went across the table, the other underneath the refrigerator and the other crawling on the sink.

ive stayed here 4x and as always room was spic and span. Facilities are great gym pool and proximity to food, services and shopping courts are stones throw away. Thank you to Mr. Jack and staff for easy check-in and for granting our special request and kudos too to Rome Chester and chefs for indulging our breakfast palates.

Our AC unit leaked all over our suitcases. The bathroom shower floors were filthy and sticky upon arrival. Beds were clean and comfy. Cafe/breakfast Buffet is a 6.5/10. Location is walking distance from Green Hills, lots of restaurants and Unimart. Overall 7/10.
