Wouldn't recommend it, I'm afraid. Although the room seemed lovely and clean, we woke up to find bedbugs in the bed on our second night.The night manager was brilliant and moved us to another room at 3am. But, aside from her, the service was poor. The general manager didn't communicate with me at all, though she was in the room the next morning as I talked to staff about the problem and our options for the rest of our stay. Twice, i was told I'd be refunded for the stay but the refund didn't appear. The refund only came through after hotels.com got involved. A shame because the rooms were comfortable and seemed clean.
