No bathroom-en suite in room had to share 1 toilet with all guest.. toilet lights don’t work locks don’t work..odd smell in room..rooms are tiny ..defo worst hotel I have stayed in was not advised of £3 parking per day in hotel
Soo glad stayed 1 day..£28 per day I paid but trust if u going Newcastle increase budget book anything else except this & sleep better don’t ruin your night out in a place like Clifton hotel in Newcastle

The name of the accommodation was different.We were originally given a room without an en suite which staff corrected and tv in room didn’t work despite being given 5 remotes to try.We gave up and used our I pad.

Schreckliches Zimmer.
Schlechtestes Hotel seit Jahren. Hatte top Bewertung. Diese Gäste müssen ein anderes Zimmer gehabt haben. War wie eine Dachkammer. Kein Schrank für Kleidung. Kein Platz, um zwei Koffer zu öffnen. Keine Nachttischlampen. Keine Gardine, von draußen ganze Nacht Schein der Straßenlaterne. Im Bad kein Handtuchhalter, auch keine andere Ablagemöglichkeit. Also alles in allem einfach nur eine schreckliche Unterkunft.
