Lovely hotel in great area
It was overall a great experience! We enjoyed our stay. Pros: great hot and powerful shower, fantastic location for the river, old town and christmas market, hotel staff very helpful and friendly Cons: car alarm went off for 1 hour one night (not their fault, but limited soundproofing and had to use headphones), bed and pillows were extremely soft (we prefer firm but again personal preference). Overall lovely boutique hotel and would stay again!

The place and room was neat and clean. The location is very convenient, within Jewish Quarter and just steps away from Old Town. The morning staff was also friendly and very helpful. The only hiccup we had were 1) Lift was available but it only takes you to the middle of the floor and there are still stairs to head up to your room (for every level). 2) The doors have keys (instead of key card) and it was sometimes difficult to unlock the door.

couldn't happier with the location, around 7 min walk to astronomical clock so its right in the middle of everything. No parking though if you drive, but they have kinda arrangement with a parking facility 10 min walk away; you negotiate and pay at the hotel & park your car there. Staff is very helpful & friendly. Excellent choice to stay in Prague Old Town

The location is perfect, you can walk to every tourist attraction there is, we actually never had to use public transport. There's lot of cafes and restaurants near by. The room was clean, modern, and spacious. Be mindful that not every room has AC, but at least there was a fan. Only downside was that the doors are difficult to close and make a lot of noise.

It was in a great loction, felt very safe and easy to walk everywhere you need. Bed was comfortable. My wall unit wasnt working and i aould have liked to use the fan mode. I asked in multiple occasions to have it looked at, but maintenence never did. Also there are basically no amenities just as a heads up.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days and while the location in the old town is fantastic—close to all the attractions—I found some aspects a bit disappointing. The building is quite old, and there are steps before and after the lift, which can be inconvenient. Additionally, using traditional keys for the door locks felt a bit unsafe. Overall, it was an okay stay, but I expected a bit more for the price.
